Nineteen years, fifteen of them inside main dealers

Ten years as a technician at Mercedes-Benz Cardiff. Five at BMW Sytner Cardiff. Ten years as an MOT tester. Two more on the wider German group, Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda. Dunlop and Michelin trained on tyres.

That background is the whole reason this workshop exists. A main dealer teaches you to work to a schedule, to use the manufacturer software properly, and to prove a fault before replacing anything. None of that has to cost dealer money once the showroom is not part of the bill.

When you ring, you get the person who works on the cars. Customers tend to name him in reviews, which is not something you can arrange.
