The everyday half
Most of what we lift is somebody’s daily.
Family cars, first cars and work vans are the bulk of the week here. MOTs, servicing, brakes, suspension and the diagnostic jobs a code reader alone will not solve, done on the same lifts, by the same technicians, to the same standard as the cars further down this page.

That line was written by a customer after a BMW X7 service, not by us. It holds because we came out of the main dealers: ten years as a technician at Mercedes-Benz Cardiff and five at BMW Sytner. Marque service schedules, dealer-level diagnostics, and genuine or OEM parts so your warranty stays intact.
We also update the manufacturer’s online service record, so the work lands in your car’s own digital service history and not just on a stamp in a book. We can do that for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, Skoda, Porsche and Land Rover. That is the record a dealer checks at warranty time, and the one a buyer checks when you sell.

Ring the workshop
Tell us the registration and what the car is doing. You get a straight answer about what it needs and what it costs, from someone who works on them.

You drop the car off
Bring it to us at Marine Village, on Penarth Road. There is parking on site, and we will tell you when to expect it back before you hand the keys over.

Nothing extra happens without a call
If we find something, you hear the price before we touch it. No surprises on the invoice, and the old parts kept back for you to see.

Nineteen years in the trade. Ten as a technician at Mercedes-Benz Cardiff, five at BMW Sytner Cardiff, and ten years as an MOT tester. We do the diagnosis, the work and the call afterwards, so nothing gets lost between a service desk and a workshop.
