Air suspension sitting low or uneven
Perished air struts and a compressor that has been overworked keeping up with them. We test which before quoting for both.

Coolant loss with no obvious leak
Coolant pipes in the engine V are a known weak point on the earlier cars. It is a proper job to reach, so diagnosing it correctly first matters.

Rear main seal weep and IMS concerns
Well documented on these generations. Worth a proper inspection rather than internet diagnosis, because the reality varies a lot car to car.

The front radiators sit low and collect leaves and grit, which holds moisture and corrodes them. Cleaning them out at service time prevents an avoidable bill.
Service schedules
Porsche schedules are typically annual or every 20,000 miles for the main service, with longer-interval items such as spark plugs, brake fluid, air filters and transmission oil landing on their own cycles. We read the correct schedule for your exact model and year and tell you what is due now rather than selling you the lot.
The dealer question
There are very few Porsche main dealers in South Wales and their labour rates reflect it. The schedule, the software and the parts are all available to a competent independent, and that is what we are.
Servicing at a qualified independent does not void a manufacturer warranty, provided the manufacturer schedule is followed and the parts used match the required quality. We do both, and we record it. How we handle parts.

Will servicing outside the dealer network hurt my Porsche's value?
A fully documented history matters more than whose stamp is in it. We work to the manufacturer schedule, use genuine or OEM parts and record everything, which is what a buyer and a valuer actually look for.
Do you carry out pre-purchase inspections?
Yes, and they are worth every penny on a used Porsche. Ring us before you put a deposit down rather than after.
Can you service a PDK gearbox?
Yes. Oil and filter to the manufacturer interval, which is a real interval and not an optional one.
Which models do you work on?
Ring the workshop with the model and year. We will tell you honestly whether it is a job for us, which is more useful than a website that claims everything.
